In today's market, only 3 ways to survive... 1. Merge. 2 companies find synergy together and shake hands. 2. Swallow. Buy out your competitors. 3. Prostitute. Sell yourself, take the cash and retire for the rest of your life. the entrepreneurship now is to do something than the other 3 methods above to survive. See Apple. They are now having a headache. "What do I do with this cash?" If they choose to just buy out Samsung then it is truly a non-Steve Jobs company anymore.

| Maybe tm already had this deal in the works when developing their rbz slot technology. I was puzzled why adams never sued taylormade.
One possible good thing for us Adams fans, maybe will improve the adams distribution Capabilities. Last week in Taipei i Could not find any Adams equipment in the shops i went to. You will think they will stock tons of Adams after Yanni Tseng came on the scene but none ofthe shops had any.

| Well, with ex-Adams CEO, Chip Brewer, now heading Callaway, hopefully they can provide some proper competition for Taylor-Adams in future..... | |

I am looking forward to that. Love the YES, and if TM can flood the market with TM-YES, I think many will benefit.

| when a Big company buys a small company....
there are always two side of the coin.
for those who loved TaylorMade, it would be...a Wow reaction & Yehey ! perhaps
for those who hate TaylorMade, they would react negatively.
I am intrigued why TMag bought Adams to its fold.
I just hope it will not end up like what happened to clubs like Ben Hogan.
I mean I hope there is a continuation of Adams and Yes putter

cheer up bro soon when TM and Adams synchronized their technology. I am sure their will be better looking and performing products. If you can travel to California and visit TaylorMade headquarters. You will be amazed at their workshop and people over there
