brudder....think you can tell them so that they can be more accurate in their creation....hahahah No need me to tell, there should be different grades of fakes and just happens that I am very lucky to be handed one that it is easy to spot as fake. While I was doing my research on the net, I chanced upon a website selling it in bulk for usd 96.00 per piece. Looks quite similar to the one I have. For the benefit of the rest, I will take some photos and post it tonight. What you think? Post it in this thread, or start a new one?

| Was it fake? OR just a club which was not well-finished? | |

| Just my personal opinion. Better to buy from shops or people that you know rather taking the risk in buying fake. If one felt that, it is okay to use fake club than go all the way to buy them in really cheap prices. Paying for couples of dollars cheaper and found out it is fake, will be really painfully ! GR do not promote or sell fake clubs (only for those whom did not know it fake is excuse able). Any parties found selling fake clubs should be named for the benefit for all GR members. Now, why am I sound so up set ? I do not know, maybe just a bad day Sorry | |

| I bought two dozen of cheap "Titleist" balls before. Only realised after a few holes when the print faded aways into "Tit" | |

The separate posts from DGman and Denmeister seem to suggest that the RAZR Fit mentioned here is from Golf Simply and Golf Simply is selling fake RAZR Fit. DGman and Denmeister, please confirm if this is what you meant.

DGman and Denmeister, please confirm if this is what you meant. I did not get it from Golf Simply. And I don't think the OP said anything about his being fake. I said the one that I have, is fake, but it is not from Golf Simply

| Denmeister is right. Mine is not a fake. Its just bad finishing from Callaway thats why i request for a change which was duly obliged.
"DGman wrote: Steve...they are separate post and the ones from Golf Simply is same as what Denmeister is talking about......''
I think what DGman meant was they are seperate post and is not the same as what Denmeister is talking about.
Hope it clarifies. | |

| Well, glad to see clarification settled.
Actually i agree with Slicer51, we should name those selling fake or over-runs so all can benefit.

| Hi dani07 and DGMan,
How about the materials? when using a key to tap on the face vs the crown, are the two sounds different on the real driver? Are the materials different?
mine produces the same sound.
According to Callaway website, if the driver is made of different materials, the lighter softer crown will produce a softer sound than the face, which I assume is titanium.

| I was a bit concerned initially because it seems to me some of the readers after reading the postins, have already the impression that we are not selling authentic items.
At Golf Simply, we always made our best attempt to ensure customers are given best value and services for their money. That is why when dani07 returned the club, I immediately replaced that with a new one, no question asked ! Whether the distributor from whom I purchased the product, will replace that for me is a separate question which I did not consider at that point.
I believe by putting customers at the top of our priority, profitability and business substainbility will automatically follows. There is no necessity or logic for us to resort to fast, illegal and non-substainable business tactics such as selling counterfeit. With this statement, I hope our customers, potential customers and readers will be comfortable dealing with us.
Thanks all for making the clarifications.

| thank you for your understanding Edward. there is no doubt in the marketplace that you have always been above board. thats why when dani07 mentioned its from GS, i know he is in good hands.
as for Denmeister, its ANOTHER matter. i cannot comment until i have seen the head and there should be no other speculation on this matter.
