While I went to Changi Med Clinic, the sports Dr there can only diagnose but not cure. Operate brings more harm than benefit.

I went to Dr Du under DGman's advise, she fixed my back pain and my wrist after three visits of bonesetting and cupping, just in time for the Lo Hei cup.

i dun mind on the bruised pattern, that should be using the cup thingy and moving it up and down.
as my injured part is ribs muscle, im more inclined to think acupuncture helps more...

I have an appointment with her tomorrow. Will the massage be painful? My threshold of pain is very low......so very nervous. But heck.... will still be going down and give it a try. The most will be screaming my head off. Hope won't scare the patients waiting outside. Hahhahaha...

not really. There is a bit of discomfort la. But, not untill you scream and scream.

I screamed when she reverse crack my elbow. Screamed 4 times somemore. But that's cos my surrounding muscles were too tensed until my bone cldnt be reset back....no one outside though...cos it's on appt basis so got no walk ins..

But she's good. My back was hurting so badly that I cldnt bend last fri.. Now it's a lot better... But it takes repeated visits to cure and manage the condition for long term injuries

Pls review why u got injured in the first place so as to have a longer golf journey. If u practice too much until pain, think need to check whether u strike the ball cleanly. Take care

Yup, the ribs was because I was trying too hard when just started.
Elbow was only recent.

Am taking things slow n enjoying now...

was wondering if Mloy scream woke up the dead? i am sure Dr Du needed earplugs for the procedure....
