Hi GRsians!,

I am a avid golfer myself as well as a white collar working from 9am - 6pm. Most of the time, I will buy food back from the hawker center and eat together with my wife and 2 kids. However, I went for a blood test sometime back for my health and doctor told me my cholesterol and blood sugar is too high. That was when I really felt that I want to eat healthy, golf more and see my daughter get married.

I decided to start cooking meals at home, using fresh ingredients with little or no oil and little or no salt. But my household is holding dual income and is hard to actually keep going to look for recipes, grocery shopping etc etc. (Funny thing is, got time to golf, but no time to do grocery shopping).

So I, with humble, started Delikc.com.sg to help people who wants to eat healthy and don't mind cooking for 15 to 30 mins at home. We sell freshly packed ingredients, not just packed, but we cut down the number of step you will need when you actually cook. Most dishes we sell, you only need to take out and put into oven.

Hopefully with this, I am able to improve the health standards of a lot of golfers so we can have minimize the risk of having more strokes (on the golf course and in health) altogether! And ask for GRians to support this Singapore breed SME, and also provide suggestions and criticism if any!

Good to know there's this kind of freshly prepared packaged food available in SG. Just a suggestion - you may want to offer organic produce/ingredients as well since the objective is to go healthy. Good Luck!

Hi and welcome! We allow only businesses (making a presence here ) that sells golf goods and golf services. Its a slippery slope, and to be consistent and make it simple for everyone to understand. Otherwise, next time we may have clinics, sellers of vitamins, fruits, peanuts, low lcholesterol meds, pharmacies, herbs, massage parlors, many forumers are professionals and run businesses, who probably wanna advertise their services too...i can just go on and on.

We just dont have the bandwith to moderate so many SKUs nor its our wish to be a commercial advertisement platform for all businesses. our forum doesnt have separate classifieds. i wish u all the best in your new venture...but pls refrain from making further advertisements here. Thanks very much for your understanding.

Ps: if i may suggest, maybe you can partcipate in offline GR games/events. Invite GR kakis to a feast, do a demo, get to know the connectors, mavens and salesmen, and let them spread the word
