| Just shipped in my Nike VR Pro Combo from USA with courtesy of Eiji This is the blade, cavity back and pocket cavity combo. PW - 8I: Blade. 7I - 5I: Cavity Back 4I-3I: Pocket Cavity Look: These irons look stunning. The heads are made in Thailand. Workmanship, quality control and quality of chrome is first class Very clean cut and much better looking than the previous model. Feel: I must say the feel of these irons is not as good as Mizuno, let alone those Japanese premium forge. Especially so with the pocket cavity irons. As these are two piece forge. Nevertheless, the single piece forge (PW-5I)are quite soft when you hit it really sweet. Performance: I'm quite impressed with the workablity of the pocket cavity irons. I was trying to avoid the water and wanting to hit a draw around the edge of the pond. This amazing 4 iron shot just hug around the edge of the pond. I thought the pocket cavity was hard to work with but it surprises me. Hitting the 3 and 4 pocket cavity irons give me extra confident, as it feel like hitting a mini hybrid! The mid-irons are very sweet and easy to launch. I hit a 5I so well that it overshot into the water. The blades PW-8I does not perform as well as the longer irons. Or should I say "Feel". It doesn't feel as solid as other good blade irons. As such it did fall short on my short game. Conclusion: This is the best looking combo sets in the market. It has 3 combo instead of Cobra's 2. Combo should be the way to go, as it give you the best of both worlds You get the feel and workablity of short irons and the forgiveness of the longer irons. Although the forge is not comparable to the premium forge, but still passable. It is well compensated by the club's performance! Caveat: I have lay off golf for a year and this review is based on my opinion and standard. My swing is still a bit wobbly and I don't always get on the sweet spots. The shaft is True Temper Dynamic Gold R300. It could be a bit heavy for me. Perhaps these irons are really better? if not for my rusty swing and the heavier shaft.

No, Just sell your set and buy the new set lah. Unless you are using the older TW blade, that forging is much better.

very gentle soft feel when struck sweet I was never a fan of Nike golf equipment. But the combo set make very good sense to have. I have hit a set of TW nike blade 1-2 years back. That set was very nice and soft. When we meet at range we can test each other club.
