For people who have Back Ache

This is for people who have serious issue with back pain and not muscle pain due to incorrect swing technique. More towards joint related pain like feeling similar to having your bones grinding against each other either due to worn out cartilage or a bit of misalignment of the joints. I have this severe backpain which felt like bones were grinding against each other and I sort of put the issue into the category of being stepping closer to my maker. Everytime I sit down for more than 15 minutes or more, when getting up, I felt the immense pain coming from the hip joint section. Have been living with it for the past year or so. I have put the pain as not being caused by golfing because I have not been playing for a long time. You will be required to go for back X ray which is not included. Well after so much pain I have endured, I thought paying $92 for the X ray will be worth it if it helps to alleviate my pain. Well well well, after 3 treatments of chiro sessions, which last only about 15 minutes each session, I CERTAINLY felt that the primary pain was gone. There is still some residue irritation still but i certainly can live with it if it remains there.

Grandmaster, what is the difference between 拉筋 and 抓根?

Hi Derek, yes. Apparently my spine angle have shifted slightly to my right side causing undue stress on certain joints. This is according to the image of my Xray. He is currently adjusting it. It must have improved because my pain have nearly disappeared except for some minor irritation which is totally acceptable similar to one lounging around for some time on the sofa watching tv and then getting up. One usually feels some form of back ache from such prolonged inactivity. I can accept that. He, the chiropractor, assured me I could get rid of that if I go for the full treatment which is an additional 20 more sessions at a cost of the regular price of $80 each. Think I can live with that irritation without spending anymore money after my package.

Hi bro, yes thats about it unless you want to continue treatment after the agreed package which is about $80 per treatment. For me, I think will stop after my 5th treatment as I can live with the residue irritation which I take it as nature induced as I am now a veteran. If you do take up the current offer, I think take the 6 treatments at $49 so as to optimise maximum cost per treatment of only $8 instead of $80.

Yes! I went for it and follow up with treatment on normal rate until now.

I had got Bulging L4-L5 disc which is lower back.

Been up and down for years.

After trying out with Doctor Kremer, I'm much better. As a gauge, I used to only do 120 balls a week on range and 1 green a month. On the week I going for my green, I dare not touch my club as I hope to keep my back for the green.

Seen many doctor and tried many treatment but still the same.

After treatment from Dr Kremer, I'm much better with 2x 120 balls on range a week and 2 green a month. Can even do a 100balls range the night before my green.
