Anyway, it doesnt really matter, cause KGNS's is at risk of the land not being renewed. They may lose the prized land they are current on.

GF, the racial quota has always been in place.

For you and I, it's beneficial. It means that there are less spots for Chinese so when we do sell our memberships, they are typically more expensive given the limited slots.

W2020 is like a coined term, say for nothing and lack of substance. Like the 1MY thingy, ....everywhere its 1MY this, 1MY that and the next thing the race and region issue pops up because someone or some idiot wants political mileage.

How to have 1MY when you still practice article like the above?

The way I see is not KGNS fault Wah...
It's the broker's price list based on demand & supply, mkt forces.
Like some1 pointed out, just like our Hdb prices.

why anything with TM stamp high cost but devalue by 1/2 within 3 months...Titleist even higher cost and maintain value.....Callaway high cost very cheap in 3 months, Wilson not so high cost but no value 1 sec after paying for the club

Why TM high cost when new looks nice, 3 months down the road new model out, so old model no value!
Titliest maintain its price b'cos they don't have new model out so rapidly like TM..

Callaway is Malay word for Kalahway meaning lose out!
