| Good day,
Backside itchy and thinking to swap out my stock hybrid shaft for a aftermarket one. Budget up to $300. I would like to have some recommendation here before I see the fitter. Thanks!

| True Temper Crossfire. It's a steel shaft. Your dispersion will be a lot better than with a stock shaft
Eric has it. | |

Eric has it. Bro, I was told that the TT XF is a bit stiff and intended for faster swing speeds, is that true?

Eric has it. Bro, I was told that the TT XF is a bit stiff and intended for faster swing speeds, is that true? My swing speed is only 93-95mph on driver (carry approx. 200m) and I swear it doesn't feel very heavy/stiff. obviously heavier than stock graphite. I use regular flex. Great dispersion, stability. It just goes and goes when you hit flush. comparison: 910H with F3 Motore 21 degree gives me 10m shorter carry than my 22 deg TM Rescue with TT XF. Another example: you know WMF is super wild of drives right? His Titleist 985 with TT XF is very straight. read 2008 is a strong man, so shud be no problem

| Tour AD DI-Hybrid shaft..... solid and I think less demanding as compared to TT XF. Easier to hit. | |

| Hmm... TT XF sounds good. Will take a look at it. Any other worthy choice? I don't really know what to look out for in a hybrid shaft but read that hybrid shaft should be better with low torque and frequency. I am looking at stability and accuracy.
@kian: Alamak...must be your Sifu slinger's fault. He used a 22 degree hybrid to put on his 2nd shot on par 5 at warren and I have to use a 15 degree.

| Xfire is abt 90gm... for my 22 hybrid
i am using aerotech 80 for my 16 hybrid....
if u are looking at your 15 hybrid.... i think 80gm is a better option than the Xfire
i dun think Xfire got 80gm....
thus u need to look at others.... be it nspro, aerotech, DI, UT etc
but i think u would prefer something heavier than 70gm...
cos u got more swingspeed than me...

duffader: Notice you have the adams super hybrid with RIP and Matrix. My super hybrid comes with Voodoo. Did you change out your stock shaft? Feedback?

How is UT compare to DI? I didn't hit DI so I don't know the difference, if u have a faster swing speed than Slinger, you should consider the DI hybrid. Rex has a 8X or something in his A12s hybrids

My RIP is tour issue so the shaft plays x and the Altus also not too bad. For hybrids, I think te tip has to be stiff to allow better striking, especially in rough. Not sure if the Altus is stock though but still good feel.

| looking at his swing 2008 needs a diamana thump in S flex. the X will be a bit too taxing.
$300 i think got change but hor no demo cos it always sold out.

| I've gotta say the aerotech is one of the better hybrid shafts I've ever used. I'd definitely recommend that. Pretty smooth yet stable and the ball flight comes out pretty strong. I've always been a UST Proforce man for the hybrids but I think that shaft can take a back seat for now. | |

| The dies very good and looking at your swing speed, you can tryout my clubs,
I've got the thump in x flex, the ut in 95x and the di in 95x also. Unfortunately, they are no longer on same heads.
