| Way to go Tiger!
Are we seeing the return of the prodigal son? I feel sorry for some of the pros, it mean could a lot of lean years ahead.

I think Zach's tee shot hit some tree leaves and got a lucky rebound back to fairway.
Nevertheless, CONGRATULATIONS TO TW for his first win since 2009. WELCOME BACK TIGER!

| Tiger's putter grip has always been the Ping blackout putter grip. As for the putter, he have been using Nike for awhile already. | |

| My God! If my driver can reach 80% of TW's 2i regularly, I would be a very happy man. | |

| Envisioning a victory, well this guy can do it better than anyone else. Next, with his talent and propensity for unrelenting sheer hard work, this win one could almost say was just a matter of time. More importantly, it signals the subconscious that winning is achievable, and should open the doors for future wins.
Tiger is resonating with the frequency of a winner again (and much of the golfing world resonates with him), a familiar feeling for him. I look forward to him staying in that frequency.

Yah, I had the same question. Really odd to see a Ping putter grip but a Nike Method putter. I wonder if Ping pays for this?

| THe feel on the ping blackout grips is really solid. Dry or wet, almost the same feel. And the way its is made and shaped. I think alot of the forummers also swear by it hence its still very sought after.

Well it brought TW his 'maiden' victory... well, I say 'maiden' since it feels (by TW's standards) like he hasn't won in a gajillion years

Well it brought TW his 'maiden' victory... well, I say 'maiden' since it feels (by TW's standards) like he hasn't won in a gajillion years TW is not known for changing equipment often. I still remember he was among the last of Nike Staff to have swithed to SQ Tour driver and wood (from Ignite line). He had to give up the old Nike Forged Blade which he did so well with, probably also due to the new groove rule that came in. Otherwise, he may have hang-on with it for a few more years. As for the Ping black-out putter grip, which was the same grip on his first Ping Anser putter that he loved (same grip on subsequent Scotty), i guess no rules could stop him from sticking with this grip. Personally, it's a nice grip and cost only like S$12-S$15 only.

I wonder if Ping pays for this? TW has been using this Ping grip on his putter since his amateur days ...

| everytime TW wins, its good for TV ratings. the world has waited a long time for this.
lots of players use the black out Pingman grip and the feel is just very different. i thought i recently saw a ZEN putter selling on this forum with the same grip.
