| How to practice to control distance?? E.g. with Pitching, Chipping.. What to do with slopes?? with Pitching, Chipping.. Just met with this slope thingie in the last game.. something new to me.. Cause lots of courses played before are flat.. Not as interesting as this one.. What is the most effective way and fastest way to learn to control and aim??

| Got problem if I try to chip standing on a slope (very steep one) and try to chip down.. Especially if the green is sloping down.. or sloping upwards..
When I meet with this kind of thing still cannot cope..

| I'm no pro. But for me, I like to 'chip n run' whenever possible. That means taking a 7 or 8 iron n do it like an elaborated putting stroke. After a few times, as I begin to get the hang of it, its showing its effectiveness. It works for me n hopefully it works for u. Good luck bro! | |

| Thank you all for the help!!
I got problem chipping correctly if I am standing on a slope.. Quite steep one.. at least 45deg.. The green that I am hitting down is a downsloping green.. and the other green is sloping upwards..
Even if I try to hit a little.. once I miss it.. the ball just rolling down to the fringe out of the green..
I really dont know how to handle this kind of thing.. what should i do...?

After doing the above, take a few practice swings and see where the club bottom out. Ball position should be slightly behind that spot so that you will contact the ball first (important ). Hope it will help..
