Bob Toski Saying - If your back hurts from Golfing

If your back hurts from playing golf, you're not swinging correctly. If you shift your weight to the left on the downswing, and let your right heel come off the ground, you should be able to play forever.

Correct swing don't hit the ball far enough leh.... How huh? Razz

The respected and much experienced Bob Toskis is right.

If something hurts, instead of living with the pain, might be a good idea learn to swing in a way that does not hurt instead.

dont play steel shaft.....graphite is there for a reason....and US spec means its for US "Ang Mo" players.

I think otherwise.... its true that graphite require less efforts but if you are swinging wrongly.... your back will still hurt.

I think that if one can take lesser shots to finish 18holes....that will lessen the strain on the back and if lessen strain, that will mean one's back will less likely to be hurt

Bob Toski say you can play golf forever, didn't say you can hit ball far far away. Want to hit far please look for Tiger (in the) Woods but hor no guarantee can jun jun and win money.
