Bob Toski Saying

My best year on the PGA Tour was 1954. I won four tournaments and was the leading money-winner. I weighed 118 pounds. The moral is, if you're good enough, you're big enough.

I couldn't agree more with Bob Toski. Regardless of age, height, sex, whatever, size didn't matter in golf.

That was 1954 leh... Lee Westwood used to be quite hefty also slimmed down
Times have changed
Good Pro golfers these days have good physique too

Look at the current pros. Not all are muscular like TW. In fact being too mascular can be a hindrance to your swing and feel. So being muscular do not necessarily mean playing better.

So the saying even if it's made in 1954 still stay.

Actually I just did a conversion, 118 lbs is only 53.5kg
I guess Toski's point is that even if u are small size also can play the game competitively
I look at pros today like Jbe Krueger who probably fit this mould

Exactly, look at Gary Player also. Small size but very potent in his shots.
