A copy of zen I

Would they not get into trouble if they "copy" a patented product? What is the basis of your statement?

its an infringement, papers have been served a long time ago.

I mean I can't accept ppl making statement of such implication so lightly. Hence the request for basis of the statement. At least now I know there is a legal proceeding, and I'll just wait for the courts to deal with it.

sometimes you got to weight what the other party is trying to do. how many did they make, how are they selling and what are the potential impact to your own sales in that territory. from what we have gathered, its too heavy and the triangle is creating a lot of visual problem for the user.

legal actions are great, the one who make all the money will be the solicitors in the end. i say papers are served not court action have begun.

Jon its not Zen putting system but the ZEN-i. Break 30 is the system., the Zen-i is only one of the training devices.
