| Try this contact:
ShenZhen Golden Joy Golf Advisory Co. Ltd Ms Mia Zhu XiHong zhuxihong09@163.com
She quoted me ard rmb900 (w/o transport) for a weekday game at Mission Hills. Note: There are 12 courses in Mission Hills ShenZhen/DongGuan, maybe different courses... different prices.

| To get rmb 900 game on weekday in Mission Hills, you either need a member to sign you in, or you call the Club's sales manager and tell her that you want a trial game to decide whether you want to buy membership. she will normally arrange a game for you at member's guest rates.
If you walk in, the fees will be about rmb 1500-1600.
One of the more well known websites for golf booking in China is 1872 (http://www.1872.net/net1872/book/query_queryCrsBySHomeDto.shtml). They can get you MH in Shenzhen for about RMB1000+.
You can also try 007 Golf in HK. They also offer booking service.
Also, google Jiming Golf service.
Golf 007 and Jiming offers transportation to and fro club house and your hotel. They are both HK golf booking services for HK goilfers who want to play in China, esp Southern China and they have access to almost all courses in Shenzhen area.

| Tks Derek. At least now I know that it should be around RMB1000 per game. Just one last query. Am I able to get this rate if I did not go through any agent? I mean I intend to stay at Mission Hill and can I just go to the Golf Reception and get this rate on a week day? Thanks. | |

| If you stay in Mission Hills, you should get guest rate (about rmb 1,000), or ask for stay and play package. | |

| Like freedrop mentioned, if you stay at the resort, the rates are much better.
I have never stayed there though ... I sort of prefer some of the other resorts ...

| Hi Freedrop. I will be staying for just a night on weekday on a golf and spa package which gives me a game. So my plan is playing a PM game after we arrived around noon then followed by another game in the morning the next day before we leave. So at around RMB1k for Resort guest, I think that will be my plan. If bro Freedrop happens to be around for the game, date still not confirmed yet, will be honoured to have you join us. @ Derek. Thanks for the info bro.

| Most golf booking agencies in China/HK don't publish rates of Mission Hills because Green Fees varies depending on how the Golf Agent book it for you.
Last year in Sept, my friends & I (3 flights) played Olazabal with a MH member sitting in buggy doing nothing.
Btw, I'll be in ShenZhen/DongGuan area for golf in mid-Dec.

Maybe can only get this price )RMB1000) if they are guest of MH or booked through agents. Think maybe they just play as walk in guest?

Thank you thank you... Why do you need to tip for the buggy? Some courses charge a buggy fee, but you should never have to pay an additional tip on top of that. As for tipping your caddy, sgd50 seems a little much, unless you really really like your caddy for whatever reason. The going rate in china is typically between rmb 50 - 100. Generally, most locals tip closer to 50.

| I was at Guangzhou MH in May this, we paid RMB1800 each for Greg Norman course... it was expensive and indeed we were ripped off. Based on my sources, there are many 'agents' who can book you a game with their member's rate - market rate is around RMB900-1200, depends on weekdays or weekend and how much the agent wanna ripped you...
IMHO, MH is over priced and i do not recommend playing Greg Norman course as it is way too challenging and the scenery there does not give you any wow factor at all...
Happy golfing and remember to eat their roast suckling pig (RMB500 for a whole piglet) and goose at GZ.
