I think there a few Asian born caddies becoz

One is its going to be more costly than hiring a Local caddie.

If you look at American LPGA. Even the patriotic Koreans would hire Americans caddies

Secondly, VISA problem. I think its "tough" to get an American or European visa specially if you belong to a 3rd world country.

3rdly, Language problem. There are some Great Caddies in Thailand but they do not have a great command in English.
