At times...I sit down..and wonder..why my ang-moh suck so badly...., my kid anymoh paper also I find so tricky....then I chance upon such an incident...and then I console myself....I am not so bad what!!!

I think that she's a poor representative of Singapore, particularly at a time when the government is all for promoting good English!

Just thinking 'out of the box'....could this be one of the 'Speak english ' campaign.....many times, we do not know how bad we are till we see or hear it....I am sure as a result...the England-ish that going to be practised here at least for the next few weeks,,,,will be on the upper end.

At least for me, I am more consientious about my angmoh now...(PS: As you can see fm this, I had minimzed my grammar errors to less than 10 )

Just a radical thought...

maybe some people think its cool to speak with a slang ... but as a public figure , not too correct to do so .. As for driving , they have no place on the roads , that why we have operations to curb that but manpower shortage so ... they are managing the best they can ..
