Those figures are total distances. I got a nigging pain on the left ankle and elbow for the past 6 months but it's not stopping me from golfing.Smile

So, how much would you say the reduction of distance was due to the niggling pain in the left ankle and elbow?

Could that be the root of it?

It could be caused by those ailments. But being a golfer, I tend not to believe it being the cause. My main concern is losing distance on my irons. Oh well, this could be possibly due to age too. Another excuse for not playing well. Ha! Ha! Very Happy

d 240 210 13%
3w 210 190 10%
5w 200 180 10%
3i 190 175 8%
4i 180 165 8%
5i 170 155 9%
6i 160 145 9%
7i 150 135 10%
8i 140 125 11%
9i 130 110 15%
pw 115 85 26%
sw 100 75 25%

Seems the shorter the iron, the larger the distance difference in terms of percentage. That suggests it could be related to spin.

One thing to try for the shorter irons, try putting the ball about 1-2 inches back to the right at setup.
