| Got my automated clearance pass today!
For those who are interested in getting 1. Many of u would have known but for those who dun. This pass jus look like a visa pasted on a page of ur passport. With this, no need to fill up white card n no need custom chops. Good for frequent msia golfer.
Most importantly, jus realised the application is very fast(15min) n the office is jus nearby vehicle custom. (few min walk after pass custom)
After u got ur passport chopped, Jus park ur car at 1side n ask any officer for direction.) office is on same floor as vehicle custom area.
Wat u need: 1. Application form (download frm web) 2. 1 passport photo 3. RM30 U get the paper pasted in the passport in jus 15min-20min. Note: have at least 2yrs passport validity.
Download form here. http://www.limsimi.com/images/borangmacs.pdf
Chherz!

| 1 more note to add. Makesure at least 2 yrs left in yr passport (as in 2 yrs before expiry), if not they will turn you down.

| Added the link where i print the form..
As for the exact location, i duno how yo describe. After u got ur passport chopped, park at 1 side n the office is jus in a door at the left side where sometimes, we get our white card replenishment there.
Jus ask the officers n they will tell u which exact door eh. Bery near oni.

| No prob!
Really saves the hassle of filling up the white form n havin to worry if the custom officer chopped my passport or not.
Few frens told me to park at a civic plaza near the custom n walk over to custom office (need to change ur ic to a srcurity pass).
Today, tried my luck askin the officer if the office is nearby n if i can park at 1 side.. N yes! So convenient! Hehe..
Oh, by the way this pass can oni be used at causeway n tuas. Not through airport. Hehe.

More people use mayb we hav lesser jam? Keke. Yes, it can be done via 2nd Link. It is better to get it done on the way back as the office is at the other far end of the building which is closer when you return. Please do it before you drive through the immigration counter. Just park your car at the road side and walk towards the end of the building. There are actually signs that will point you to the location and the office is situated on the 2nd floor. Once it is done, please remember to go through immigration and have your passport chopped!!!

The last time I tried to apply on the way back they told me that I have to do it on the way in. So the next time I went in I got it done. Once your passport is chopped park the car on the side and proceed to the building. Unless the st@*id custom officer does not know the procedure.

| Mloy, I did it on the way out last Dec actually unless they changed the rules after that. Come to think of it, how the hack will they know if you are on the way in or on the way out? If you do it on the way in, you still have to get your passport chop before you head towards the office to get MAC done. The important thing is that one has to complete the application before going through the immigration to get the return chop. | |

| Macs seems to be fast and efficient.. No longer need to face those immigration officers However if we are transporting non Mac passengers we still need to pass through the usual | |

| You still need to face the custom officers at the booth. Its just that you don't have to fill up the white card and no chop on your passport while the rest of your friends who don't have the MAC have to get it stamped. That's all. | |

| MACS registration counter is available now in Jusco Tebrau City, no need bring passport photo, they scan your photos on the spot. Located at Ground Level somewhere near the Jusco Supermarket entrance. | |
