i think if you bought it from GH, they may be able to order the 8 iron for you from Mizuno but it will take some time to deliver. and also may cost a bit...

I don't think its lost. It would help if those at SSN to just check your bag to see if its inside by mistake. Hope you can find it back.

If not either order or buy 2nd hand loose iron.
