Are caddies part of the work force union ?

I think Golf Pro's and caddy working relationship is always subject to evaluation.
No "signing of contract" and is purely verbal or Gentleman's agreement between two individual.

Just like a Golf Student & his/her Golf Pro teacher....
every day or session is subject to evaluation.

Sometimes even though the Golf Pro is very Good but if there is no chemistry
then things do fall apart.

The news clearly portrays TW blah blah here and that....
But there's always two side of the coin.
We do not really know what or how it happened.

I do hope everything will turn out better for everyone else
