Whats the cost of taking a PC Test ?

I need some feedback from those who have recently took their PC Test. Other than the game money, how much more do you have to pay? I find it odd that my schooling daughter was asked to pay $80 to join the club (Golf Alliance) as a member. She joined the school golfing club even though she can hardly play. She paid for a game and took the PC Test and passed and now they asked her to join as a member. What the shXX? Its not HC maintenance or what. This is not about the $80 but I find it quite ridiculous collecting these membership fee from all of them. Please can I have some feedbacks before I call up the coach and ask what s the fee is for.? Thanks guys.
