Whats worse for me is that Starhub uses that song for its soccer ad which is doubly bad cos its another sport I really hate.

Starhub uses that song not just for soccer but it's ordinary Starhub ads.

Too much of a good thing wrecks it. Like "My Heart Will Go On" during the Titanic "era." Still gives me a headache when I listen to it today.
