Where to buy iPing cradle?

Today I found an incredible useful iPhone app "iPing" to improve my putting. Tried it by sticking my iPhone on my putter. Greatest app ever.
Does any one know where I could buy a iPing cradle?

very cool app, but cradle only available in US and Canada. Just ordered mine, hope to get it next week.

Ping very smart give you free software but over charge you for the plastic cover.

we are suckers for it!
