| Hi GRians! Just a quick post to advise prospective club membership buyers that JCC’s second tranche of membership sales is about to close. We have just about a handful (only) of fully transferable golf memberships still available at $58K before this second phase closes. And once sales re-opens for the third and final phase, the price will likely be adjusted upwards to reflect the investment advantages of a JCC golf membership – the longest land lease among all golf clubs in Singapore (expires only in 2035) and a strategic location in the heart of the upcoming Lake District. Fyi, our newly renovated first nine opened officially for play from 1 June 2011. The layout has been re-modelled, the fairways are crisp and immaculate and the Paspalum Platinum greens are smooth and diabolically challenging to putt on! The second nine will be ready in less than 12 months time and from the looks of it, will be equally challenging with considerably longer yardages than the original layout provided. So if you’re thinking of buying a local membership, do give DGMan a call. Or you can contact our Membership Consultants on 65685117. You’re cordially invited to take a tour of our new nine and other Club facilities. If you prefer, play a round and test out our new course. Our green fees for 18 holes are $120 (weekdays) and $240 (weekends). You can also have a 9-hole game at $85 (weekdays) and $170 (weekends). Those who want to try night golf can do so every Tuesday, Thursday and Friday at additional $16 per golfer (for lighting fee). We look forward to seeing you guys soon!

| Hi JCC, may I asked you what is the difference between buying from you at $58k and those advertising in the Classified at $53k? Thanks

| Been to JCC to host customer lunch last month and saw the new course and looked very nice. The Chinese restaurant is also not bad.
IMO, transfer fee is the biggest issue to consider. some clubs charge $20k which i cannot understand the logic.
Hi JCC, may i know what's the transfer fee for JCC ? is caddie-system still present in JCC?
Thanks. | |

Tituman Hi Tituman If you buy from the open market, you must be prepared to pay for the membership in full or secure your own financing. However, if you buy it from us, you currently have the option of enjoying a hassle-free, 3-year ZERO interest financing scheme to help you pay for your golf membership. Our scheme makes ownership easier for those who need a bit of financial assistance or who simply prefer not to have their cash tied up. There are other reasons some buyers prefer to buy from directly from Clubs: 1. They don’t want the hassle of rummaging through the classifieds, hoping to find one for sale. 2. They want the transactional peace of mind that comes more readily from buying directly from the Club. Cheers!

Tks for the quick reply mate. How much is the transfer fee should I decide to sell it off in the future? The seller pays for that right? Cheers!

Thanks. Hi mitatr, Our transfer fee is $20,000 for local-to-local transfers. However if you're making a one-time transfer to an immediate family member above 21-years old, it's only $1,000 (all fees excluding GST). For caddie system, we have Golfer’s Assistants (GAs) available upon request at a fee of $20 per golfer (on top of buggy fees). Hope we'll see you in the Club soon!
