Benefits of a double chin and belly

No game for 2 weeks as I'm travelling but plenty of swinging umbrellas in front of the mirror and accidentally came across 2 natural swing aids.....

1. Double chin
For those with half swing, the real problem is that we don't fully rotate the shoulder as S70B pointed out in an earlier post. Most golf instruction manuals say that you should rotate the shoulder so that it is under your chin....I've realised that this is a problem for me as my second chin stops it...for me, that's a good thing as i tend to leave the clubface open if i rotate too much leading to a bad slice...i realise i can use my double chin to know when to stop my turn and to start cocking the wrists......this half-swing is more consistent for me...

2. Belly
Once again, going against convention, i like to rap my putts...no pendulum swing for me...somedays it works fine, somedays i struggle...after more swinging in front of the mirror i realised that the shape of my belly helps as an alignment aid to get that perfect triangle to square up the putter face.....

Can't wait to get back on the course...think i'm going batty....... i still haven't figured out what to do my manboobs.....

The benefits of a double chin and belly? Simple... dashing good looks with charm and wit to match!

big belly is good bro, at least it helps to lower your CG and allow to stablise your body when turning really fast (speed equal to distance eh?!).

double chin as stopper to control your hand from overturning (bad back swing).

either way, they are good for golf yeah!
