| Anybody like the band "Heart?"
I heard the song "alone" today for the first time in a long time. Great song! Then I listened to the song "Straight On" and was really in the groove as I walked to work.

I like "all I wanna do is make love to you" more than "alone"

| Tronos, 200m is short hor, I drive a little over that and I am usually one of the first to hit my 2nd shot.
150m for a drive? Then better be ready for red tee and skirt jokes. Quite a handful of GRians already hit their 7 irons that far, not me though.

| The other day I tried chili chocolate ice cream. So cold, yet so spicey. I liked it but my wife didn't. | |

Maybe i have been writing with the wrong perspective, 200m is actually avg (or short for a certain age bracket) and it good to have an avg driving distance

| Mizzy of the 12 times you missed green in regulation, only one time made par (Scrambling 10%) it's obvious where you need to improve to go to top Div 1. Go find cure to your kryptonite | |

| Anyone want to learn how to hit the driver farther? I can teach you how to do it. Probably straighter too.
In fact I would love to teach you how!

| Food for thought ... is it eaiser to
1) Hit a 3hybrid as accurately as a 6 iron (both to optimal distance)
or ...
2) Gain 30 more meters from your driver
I understand that it does depend on what skill level you are currently at ... would appreciate comments from all alike

I understand that it does depend on what skill level you are currently at ... would appreciate comments from all alike hey bro, so here is my SOP in such situation. 1. I play fm the back....if my follow-up shot is 100m or less fm the green regardless of whether I use option #1 or #2, then I will go with option #1. 2. However if my follow-up shot with option #1 is >100m fm the green while option #2 will be <100m fm the green, then option #2 for me. why 100m le? coz my comfy distance... Disclaimer: The above is solely based on my approach to my chick shit coourse mgmt teachings...

1. Hitting fairway woods off the deck at least 180m and STRAIGHT 2. Pitch ON to the green from 30 to 80m 3. Chip CLOSE to the pin 4. Getting out of bunkers in ONE try and ON to the green
I see quite a few long driver with handicap 18 and above, but it's even more rare to see a high handicaper who can do the above four skills To see a high handicapper do the above, it can only mean 2 things, the stars and planets are all in alignment and wearing red underwear OR the player is a super BUAYA.

| I personally feel that Long drives are not necessarily a good thing, I would prefer accurate drives. The reason behind this being long can still cause you to end up in roughs making you 2nd shot more difficult. Or it may cause you to be in position whereby it does not allow you to attack the green unless you can control the ball really well.
I look at this from the point of being a weekend warrior and fulltime hacker. A bogey or double bogey is perfectly fine for me.
Going up 1 or 2 tees is not something I even want to think about as it presents a completly different set of problems as you have to completly re-think your approach and how you play the hole.
