| was reading my newspaper.....so what are ppl complaining now....here you go:
1. HDB...want big, want central...want this want tat... ...too expensive...
2. Upgrade fm HDB to private...too expensive
3. Buying another property.....too expensive
I wonder...when has buying property ever been cheap....
ok..back to golf.....why cant we have another public golf course !!!!!! | |

| Very typical..... Singaporeans, not contented... always know how to whine and complain only. Options are there.... so if you cannot afford, then go for a cheaper one. Options are definitely there.... Property for average people like us are to stay... others might just want better location so next time they can sell. | |

| I am still average lah.... just that i got lucky and bought my place at the right time. Cheap = Far, so just live with it. Most important, its so much nearer to my golf courses. | |

| I bought my current place with the intent to live in it, not to try and make some money from the sale later on.
