| Excellent excellent crabs served by the celebrity chef! The sweetness of the soup and the superb fragrance of the crab ingrained in the Devils Curry styles crab were simply superb! Plus the man-tou served which had me wiping off the last drip of the gravy. Great tasting food served in an intimate setting catered for a cozy gathering of friends. Well done, Tyson!!! Will he having sweet dreams of succulent crabs later. Hehe | |

| 2 dishes thats extraordinary...
the first one we had was simply termed Holy Crab. hazy clear, sweet and not complicated... but i assure you the proportion of crab to water to make the special soup was probably 1 to 1 in terms of weight. what you get is a aftertaste that cannot be described in commercial terms.
the 2nd was call Devil Crab. herb infused with a peppery and hot buttery sauce....cooked to perfection using a generous amount of fire and heat that only happened in a professional kitchen. Unique and unforgettable taste and texture. the deep fried man tou added another level of compliment to the superb sauce thats laced with butter.
we also found out:
1. its possible to eat and talk excessively at the same time. 2. you can get sen--- and non sen--- massage service in the heart of singapore. you just need to ask Wilkang. 3. a jack russell can tear up a coconut in under 15 minutes, drink the juice and eat the flesh as well. 4. most of us can down 3 cans of Asahi easily.
finally thank you everyone for joining so that we can all partake in this superb meal in a special house and extraordinary company of Singapore's golfing fraternity.
DGman
until the next makan adventure....stay tuned.
