| Well...first of all, birdie in my little golfing world is like extreme rare and that is after playing more than 5years liao (on ave. 15 games a year).
Still remember my first...OCC Par 5......good tee off, 2nd shot at side of green, chip to 10ft or so.....superb putt.....Immediately send email blast to everyone.....hahahah
Anybody still remember yours...? OR too many to remember liao???
..just me 'Duval' | |

| I don't remember my first birdie but the one I do remember will stay with me for a while. It was at a Par 3 (uphill) at my home course in Malaysia. Completed messed up my 5i shot and left the ball a good 40m outside the green. I could see the flag but couldn't see the hole (as I mentioned, the green was elevated). I chipped my shot and it looked like a decent one too. I thought that I would be close to the hole so was quite eager to get to my ball. Before I could even repair my divot, my friends cheered. I wondered why. It seemed that my ball flew straight into the hole. I was amazed... and stunned. Birdie! Ding I'll remember that strange day for a while. I don't recall making many birdies since but that one... makes me realize that with golf... you can never guess when the good and lucky shots will come. | |

| Keppel's then Par 3 15th hole which is now the 6th. PC status in 1992. It was 125M from the white. I hit a 5 wd onto the green and made the downhill-sidehill 15fter. Some things, you just cannot forget. | |

| I remember my 1st birdie was by pure luck ! It was summer of 2004, when my 1st golf kakis who dare to play with me, the late Osman latiff, we played Seletar Base gc, 3nd hole par 4, dog leg left after 180m clear drain. My second shots 150m, landed bunker. I used an old unheard SW and buttered it out and it roll in for a Birdie !!!!!! Osman said " STOP jumping in the bunker and PLEASE rack the sand !!!!! Silly, it only a Birdie !!!!!....Good Shot btw ! " Ah Classic !

| The Guiness world record for HIOs is a guy with 44 of them on regulation courses.
He plays regularly with Hollywood celebs like Jack Nicholson, Justin Timberlake, Alice Cooper, Glen Campbell.
I wonder how much money he won or cars?

| 12th Oct 2008 Austin Hills Hole #14 Par 3 over water downhill to the green. Rocky hit a 6 iron using a Titleist NXT Tour with 3 blue dots he found earlier. Ball landed and scooted 6 feet from the hole. Rocky lines up his putt, 1 ball left to right break. 1st Birdie ever!
Fist pump time! | |

| I have a few but can't remember them well. Only can remember a par - A par 4.....Tee off with a driver and it goes into the water, drop ball and hit my 3rd shot. The ball landed short of green. It was a big green and there is a big break from left to right (The kind of break I hate ) Chip the ball toward left of holes 2 club length away and watch it break to the right and rolling towards the holes.....kror,kror,kror, the ball went in the hole for a Par! My betting Kaki face turn black | |

Got serious "fringes" betting ah? hahahaa I don't remember my first birdie; in fact don't even remember my last birdie, because probably they both happen so long ago.. Same here too..... my game for Par 4 now is usually 3 on 1 putt, 2 putt or 3 putt. If luckily 2 on, I will end up 3 putt Until now still can't find the birdie putt feel. Sometime I start questioning myself, did i ever play a birdie before? | |
