| sky caddie are great the SGX is the best although compare to a range finder i don't think that usefull. however if you looking more at where the trouble are and how much carry to make sure you carrie bunker water hazard or where are forest and OB that is usefull but for me for green detail it wasn't use full compare to range finder as the length was a bit off . although i like the fact you can keep track of your score and average of Fairway in reg, green reg,put ,up and down. Good think is you got gps to know what distance your drive, green ect.... Why i don't like is when you practice at the range and need 100m target and know the actual distance with the GPS you can't.
If your use is mostly for the course it could be good . you got to ask your self why you want use it is mostly to find where there is trouble or distance to the pin ...

| For rangefinder, as long as you can point at the intended target, it should not have problem. | |

| Buying rangefinder is good value for money. Here are my top three uses for it :
1. Fine tune my wedges and short irons exact distance on the range. 2. Know exactly how far trouble is on the course and make sure I have enough or less club to avoid it. 3. On approach it lets me quickly decide what wedge to use with my normal swing.
I am a terrible judge for distance even with markers on the course. Knowing the exact distance allows you to swing with confidence knowing you have the right club to do the job.
Just buy something that is not too bulky and can use with one hand:)

| Hi Spencer
Take a look at our site www.golfrangefinderssingapore.com
Quality laser range finders for half the price of a bushnell. As the other posters have pointed out a laser is always better than a GPS, much more versatile on the course
