PostSubject: GR Charity Bidding - Gold Gold Go support for AA   GR Charity Bidding - Gold Gold Go support for AA I_icon_minitimeMon May 23, 2011 9:03 am

Dear Friends and GR forumers,

The OC of the GR Charity Gold event and BFG have been in discussion for a while for a special auction item that will add to the event’s proceeds.

After a 3-week search and final approval from OC of the GR Charity event, we are most happy to present:

FOR GR CHARITY AUCTION in support of Autism Association – Limited Edition Graphite Design TourAD G- Premium Golf series Golf Shaft (Made in Japan).

GR Charity Bidding - Gold Gold Go support for AA 5748965400_bbf1246708_z

Some say that you can scrap off the gold content to make a ring, others claim it has magical power to blind their opponents. Than there are others who wants this to golden magic shaft to match their gold accessories. Whatever your reason, it’s a nice champagne gold and not gaudy, I assure you. You can view this at BFG Bukit Merah.

It will be available in R or S flex and the weight is a 50 g for R and 53 g for Stiff. Some ladies will be able to use the R as it plays to a A flex without tipping, while the S is a nice firm flex without tipping.

Possible candidates for bidding:

1. Yarra as a belated mother’s day present
2. Baccarat Koh for his special Gold Krank Driver
3. Slinger to secure his back rubbing privileges for a year
4. Shamusan for his friend
5. Andrew Golf when he secure his gold Puma Bag (no credit card trace)
6. Ms Lee for his beau to remind her of family business
7. Kian to match his blinking mega-watt “pretend to be pig to eat tiger” smile
8. Of course everyone and anyone is welcomed to bid and you can contribute to Autism Association in a special way

Last but not least I hope we don’t kena OT until 50 pages and get no bid. In view of some of the moderator (who also like to OT), I have enlisted the help and assistance of a Pai Kia instead of a Ma Tar. The official keeper, tracker and enforcer for this will be none other than Duffy.

There is no reserved price and bidding starts from $0.99 cents. The bidding starts now and ends on 3 June 2011 at 6 pm. The winner will write a cheque to: Autism Association (Singapore). You can hand it over to frostEE at BFG or Missmoon at SSN

RRP of this shaft is S$638. If you wish to opt for something that you can use instead, you can trade this shaft for any after market TourAD shaft and get 10 pcs of any golf pride grips, so there is good reason for everyone and anyone to have a go at this. In addition, a trackman analysis worth $150 is also thrown in to aid you with the fitting should you win the bid.

Last but not least, you don’t have to play in the GR game to bid but as this is a Charity event, bona fide bidders please.

Good luck and have fun bidding.

i was at Shenzen Baoan airport earlier minding my own business. in the centre of the airport on the upper level is a very peculiar smoking area thats almost like a chest high cubicle.

there i spotted the Spent Force smoking...of course i went to remind him to bid. so lets see.

apparently he was away for a while and have not logged in yet. it just shows that when its destined to happen, it will.
