May I know where I can buy the GU energy gel from shop in Singapore? Note: I know many online shops are selling but I want to have some advices from the shop as I have not used it before.

my friend bougnt it overeas and gave me some to try.
i felt more alert and energetic, but dunno if it is due to psychological or placebo effect.

It's supposed to give you the carbs to sustain you for long distance sport, only side effect was the thirst that followed...
