My recipe : Indomie Ayam Bawang (chicken onion) + cai sim + half boiled egg (boiled with the noodle) + fried onion + deep fried cow skin... damn nice.
Always import it from Indonesia
bro, where to find deep fried cow skin?
Also imported from Indonesia
is it like the roast pork crackled skin? crispy?
It's ... delicious... haha....
Different from roast pork skin... cow skin is slightly... harder... but once you dip in the indomie gravy... yum yum.. nom nom nom...
