yup he is within 5 spots up. i can't challenge the rest in between as don't know them and never played with them and maybe they play different courses.

WMF bro, I think 2-2 is indeed for inter-divisional matches... the last 5 placings (that's me!!!) will get somethin more than that....

This is asahi's post:
If golfer A challenges golfer B who is 1 division above, then 2-2 stroking will be given to golfer A. For the last 5 placing golfers in Division 2 only, a special stroking handicap will be given (definitely more than 2-2) after the first 8 weeks.


I read that "definitely" as about 9-9...
