In my opinion, 2nd link is easier to travel. I'll leave it to TFP.

Klt, its better to go in early because its the first day of the long weekend and many many S'poreans will be travelling up to Malaysia and it will be a good idea to leave early than sit in the jam.

i think we leave at 4.30 am. We go by Woodlands. If there's a jam, it will clear very fast. With Tuas, you can never tell. Besides, Woodlands cheaper.
