| Just play normal match play(same as loh hei game) The K-ster game is for/by namesake and donation to Japan is primary objective ? if that is so .... if you go by points and donate accordingly you might get very little and might not be meaningful of a donation..... why not just decide each player taking part donate i.e $50 or what ever the org decide on the amt. If golfer so decide to contribute more or use their winning as extra, and let them do so. I always prefer simplicity and each foursome rather enjoy different wager amt. | |

| TD, paisseh, was away for a while and now glancing thru the posts, think one of the obijectives was for Japan Tsunami.. Like what Capt say, simple, we use Lohei style. Since this is a Kajiki, game, Only those using Kajiki is qualify to be in K Team.
For the wager, all players maybe need to donate at least SGD25 to play. The loaser team will need to double that amt. So each flight we will be able to get a min donation of SGD150 per flight.
Of course if any players want to donate more, it is more then welcome.
After the game, let's have gathering for meals and split the costs. So this game, the wager is for a good cause. That is donation to the Japan Tusnami.
Another suggestion for a good fight, is since it is lo hei style, the loser tean can contribute more by teh number of flight lost. Eg winner team won by 2 holes, then loser team will contribute : SGD25 + ( 25 x 2) = SGD75.
If Draw , then min is SGD25 + whoever want to donate more

| +1 to 4dtoto... If I may add, for Draw flight each person have to top up, so instead of just SGD25, it will be SGD37.50 per person. This will encourage more "butchering" rather than all happy happy take a Draw as the result. | |

| Bob, I like your original idea better. It's simpler. $150 per flight minimum. If draw then $100 plus anything more would be welcome. | |

That's what i was thinking also....try not to make it too ex and scare away golfers...which is why, the after game meal part, i suggest we split equally among all players. So the only wager is SGD25 to join, and loser team, add'l SGD25. But any add'l contribution will be welcome. | |

| Frankly, teh fixed SGd25 or SGD50 is official... but any way of contributing can be in teh form of individual betting which the individual players can decide to contribute all the winning to the fund or partial...hehehehe | |

| I have a suggestion.. Called "PokerGolf"
Since it's about the driver shaft, we shall base the bets mainly on the driving distance.
Each flight will consist of 2 K ster n 2 O ther. In a 2v2 format
Every hole, we will spin the tee. Whoever the tee points at, he will be the dealer. The dealer will get to choose 1 of the opponent to compete the drive n have to put in an ante bet of eg $5. The chosen opponent will then tee off first. Let's say for eg he drives a fade n went to the bushes... Now all the dealer needs to do is drive straight to the fairway to win. However, the 2nd opponent can now call in a raise eg$10 to fight the dealers drive. If for eg, now the 2nd opponent drives a beautiful straight n long shot, that clearly beats the dealer's drive. It's now up to the dealer's partner to decide if he wants to re raise or concedes the bet
Now case 2
If the chosen opponent(o1) drives a solid n far drive, he can choose to raise eg$10. The dealer can now chose to concede the 5$ ante or he can choose to "call". Now whoever's drive feels that they lost, their partner can chose to compete by re raising eg$20 or just concede

| That is why this side bet, can be on individual contribution, else, calculation will be a big problem.. | |

| All,
After reviewing the dates again, I concur that 28th would be a better date.
I am proposing Tuesday afternoon and it is usually quite unoccupied on that day.
The new proposed date would be 28th. Mr. Duval_S, would you like to reconfirm your availability?
