Whistleblower seen in sex tape

As part of my ongoing series of insights into the M'sian scene. From thestar.com.my:

"Businessman Datuk Shazryl Eskay Abdullah is sure that the sex video is genuine because he himself is seen in the footage."

"Question: What were you doing there (in the footage)?

Answer: I cannot tell you!"

Thoughts running through my head:
1. What kind of kinky stuff is going on when there's a 3rd person in the room, much less a 50 year old whistleblower? Is this like dragon boat racing, where the man in the video can only perform if there's someone whistling/drumming alongside him? Jia you jia you jia you....

2. The next time i'm asked whether we are going to meet or exceed budget, my answer will be "I cannot tell you". This also applies the next time I'm asked for my offical h'cap.

3. One of the accusers was himself a high ranking politican sitting on the 'Supreme Council' when he was accused of having carnal knowledge of a minor. Does 'Let him who has not sinned cast the first stone' ring a bell?

4. I'm no lawyer and in fact, am barely literate, but isn't it illegal to produce and distribute pornography? Doesn't the fact that this Datuk admits to doing it at a press conference, no less, make it a confession to a crime as well? If not, where can I get a franchise for this business?

5. I've also seen enough Law & Order to understand that just because you are in the video, is not sufficient evidence that you saying a third person is in the video an undisputable fact. It just proves that you are a pervert taping other people in compromising positions. What am i missing here?

so is 'The Star' (newspaper) rated PG by now?

their imagination is beyond comprehension and their perception of believability is well...quite unbelievable.

one only need to read Dr M biography to get a sense of the way they tweak and turn.

I read the article in The STAR. The Datuk (who claims to be 'THERE' while the 'action' wh going on) says he only agreed to take out the take because some other Datuk's wife wants to see. Then he says he came forward because of the 'TRUTH'.

My qn is, are these Datuk datuk going to get reprimanded? I remember this muslim lady who is going to be caned just because she drank alcohol. I would think that this is worst than drinking alcohol, do you think???

it's the selective enforcement of the law and hyprocisy of it all that really gets under my skin...but now you've opened up a new can of worms.....the thing about the religious police is why can't they just let people choose whether they want to be pious or not? To follow or not, should be an individual choice.... Also, it's always the poor that get caught....never the rich and almighty.....

Anyway, i'm a grouchy old man and i hope that one day, if needed, i too can buy my way out of trouble....hahhahahha

I used to be like you and get worked up about the country, after awhile I realize the country is moving backward, and in no time, they would be in the dinosaur age... The country have lost the plot, their meanderings nonsense is eating them inside out. The country's politics have become a sodomizing joke and yet they don't see it... what a shame....

Well, let it go and you will live happier....and peacefully....

Actually, I'm very happy and peaceful now given that I no longer contribute (via income tax / EPF contributions) to the building of another tall, empty tower....or to bail out another corrupt, failed corporation which enriched a few select cronies....or to pay for the upkeep of a very undeserving lot who will never contribute to society and who go around doing anything they want....

Not angry, just disappointed...
