| You do not even need to take those so call 'Intermediate' Courses to get a Handicap.
If you are playing decent, say about 100 per round, I believe you just need to engage an SGA affiliated Club to conduct a Courtesy Round and submit 5 18holes score cards...

Now i am wondering if someone have no chance to play on 18holes course (Let's say he do not have the luxury/time to go JB to play, Singapore no 18holes allow non-handicap/non-PC OFFICIALLY), how can he get 100 per round? I been playing for quite a while, either i am damn non-talented which i think so, my best score is only a miserable 104. sianz............... I am going for handicap test soon but my submitted scorecards are average 111, not sure if they accept in this case Hopefully they do, my courtesy round next sunday.

Frankly no need, if they say they need they are trying to con your money by making you go additional courtesy round. There are coaches who can do courtesy round you your wife at a fees. Try to ask the Coaches in this forum, some do. You can try contacting "Shorthitters" he may be able to help.
