Adams drivers earn triple: Aaron Baddeley and Yani Tseng also played Adams drivers, giving the company a driver sweep of the three major U.S. tours. Baddeley carried an Adams Speedline Fast 10 (10.5 degree) at the PGA Tour’s Northern Trust Open, while Tseng used an Adams Speedline 9032 LS (9.5 degree) in her LPGA victory in Thailand.

| Folks Picking up on an old thread because I just came across this article in www.golf.com
http://blogs.golf.com/equipment/2011/05/adams-golf-growing-in-2011.html
recently, Adams bought over YES! golf giving them a decent putter line... their product line is getting more complete
GH in SG is the official distributor of Adams products but its selection is limited at best, and many of us are resorting to buying on eBay or other online stores to bring the Adams clubs over
I did a search on golfwrx forums and looks like Adams is much more popular in the states...
there was a recent thread by a GR member (Lee...) which chronicled his ability to master the club - so, looks like certain models are not for the mere mortals... but if mastered, it can really bring a smile to the golfer's face (isn't that what we all wanted?)
What's your view, why Adams can't make it in SG? Surely we see beyond the marketing mambo jambo... or is it due to lack of resale value?
if there is one (or more) Adams club in your bag that you will never give up, can you share why?
I never have Adams in my bag before... really curious...keen to explore...

| In my opinion... Its a lack of Marketing Mambo Jambo here in Singapore! They make quality clubs but unfortunately SGians are very brand conscious
I don't think i will give up my Adam's Hybrid... Will give up my Adams CB1 for the Adams A12, Wouldn't give up my Adams 9064 LS cos its such a cool driver

| I am an Adams guy.
Currently usin the 9064LS with MRG Diamana Blueboard.
Also Adams Idea Pro Black MBs thanks to Jon here.
FWIW, they have always been targeting the novice golfer but are now making some superb playable clubs for the mid-low hdcp golfer too.
CB1s are very good for the low to mid capper while the CB2 are great for mid to high cappers not looking fwd to bagging shovels.
Gonna grab me some Idea A12 irons and A12 hybrids the next visit to US. Their proto Idea MB2s are looking great too.
Too bad, they make crappy golf bags though...

| Read mixed reviews on the 9032ls vs 9064ls. http://www.golfwrx.com/forums/topic/401671-9032ls-compared-to-the-9064ls/ Any thoughts for those who tried both?
I must admit 9064 is very chio with the slick pvd look, looks better than other brands' black pvd finish drivers IMHO

| I have learnt to take current golfwrx reviews with tons of salt. Most on their site claim to swing at 120mph, bomb it >320yds and shoot under par regularly. Very unlike the members a few years ago.
Best way to find out is to try it out. I know demo clubs are limited here but no stopping you from asking sales ppl at Golf House to tape it up and let you have a go.
Much as the 9032 was rated well, the graphics and design pretty much looks dated and kinda ugly to me. I know they both look similar but yet to me different. Not my kind of club to set up to if I dun like the looks of it.
I am alr awaiting the 9098/9088 slated to be released in July. Can't wait.

| I am currently using 9032LD. Tried the 9064 driver before but still prefer the impact sound of the old model. Adam produces one of the better hybrids on the markets and I still have them in my bag now.. | |

I never have Adams in my bag before... really curious...keen to explore... Apologies for the tricky nickname. Now, this is my kind of thread. Adams clubs I will never give up : 1. driver - 9015D 2. hybrid - 9031 (Pro Black) Soon to purchase (newly released, ordered, but have not reached Malaysia yet) 3. hybrd - A12 WhyThe 9015D is LONG. Check out the monster thread in golfwrx (... uhhh, ballspeed!) I have tried many others, but nothing came close. Not forgiving by any means, but again, it enforced a better swing upon me. I bought two, a 10.5 and a 9.5. The Pro Black, well, there's already a thread here dedicated to why I like it. Update to this, I have started playing with the monster on the course. And it does not disappoint. If I mishit, I usually top it, and yet the ball will tumble, roll, hop, skip, and jump to almost 200m in the direction I intended. When I catch a clean hit, whew! 200m is guaranteed. It puts my single capper's 3 wood to shame, ball coming to a stop at the same distance, except mine straighter. The A12 hybrid, I am ordering this blind, on its reputation alone. I need a club that is shorter than my Pro Black, for distances around 185-190m. Why do I love unforgiving Adams clubs? (Don't get me wrong, obviously they have GI clubs as well) They sit open, with little or no offset. They will educate my swing. They will go LONG. Despite the length, because they are unforgiving, they are rare. I have yet to encounter another player using the same clubs as me on the course. The small boy in me loves the skeptical looks when people find out what I play, and then loves to watch their mouths drop after I tee off. I often get asked if my driver is legal, and they are only half-kidding.
