Golf courses compensation and Golf membership prices up up

Now JCC compensation $89.8 million for 20 years unused lease + current reserve xx millions

Debenture members 196 x $120K guaranteed, Retrenchment exercise xxx staff, 2xxx members 

SLA pay Land owner JTC or JCC.  20% now. Members cannot take money n jump ship, sighhhh.


Can JCC make arrangement with existing clubs to swap for cash and get members a better deal?  Like retrenchment exercise.

Warren golf - $20K in April 2015. Now $30K, recent transacted,  and going up towards $40K. 

Warren greens, bunkers and fairway re-do in 2016.

It has reciprocal arrangements with Seletar, Sembawang, RCC, Keppel and JCC

Warren price for foreign and local same.  Other golf clubs has price for foreign much higher.

The Sembawang country club membership recruitment is expired like 4yrs back.

Anyway, Sembawang no longer have term membership for sale but they are offering life membership at $18K (limited membership) to the public; SCC only for SAF regulars.
