I have seen some place asking $70 for a CR (golfers.com.sg),
and some asking $250 for a CR(modelpro golf)...
why the difference?

i believe some include green fee and some dont..better to call them and confirm

even for the green fees, the difference is quite big....

try GolfAllianze. Look for Thiru, the Golf Manager.
