When you do your up swing, do you breath in or out?

i believe i breathe in on the up swing, trying to channel the qi to my lower abdomen, cook the qi there following jiuyin zhenjing method, pause at the top and start downswing with an exhale while send the cooked qi to pressure points on my arms, wrist and fingers and finally release the club with dog beating staff technique

For me, I will breath in and hold, the let it out on the downswing. Best if i can fart it out big time before impact, which I noticed has given me 10 extra yds.

I agree with birdman... it's a mf question.

Don't need to be so cautious about breathing when you swing... but if you have to know, i think i hold my breath through out especially on my downswing where i need to exert power.
