When you do your up swing, do you breath in or out?

To my dearest golf kaki, may I know when you do your up swing, do you breathe in or out or hold your breath? Which one is correct?

When i up swing, i let out a fart.

Good question, never think of that before and do not know which is correct.

I think I breath in during my takeaway and up swing. breathing out as I doing my down swing. I just felt this more natural for me.. Am I doing it incorrect ?

Wahahahah... I also don't know, will try it tomorrow in my first hole breathe in, 2nd hole breathe out and 3rd hole don't breathe, hope I don't address too long or my face will turn purple, wahahaha....

I thought of it before,i wanted to have more hip turn by "breathing in",apparent it did not work well for me.

I usually exhale before backswing and use stomach muscle to have more coil around the waist. Not sure correct or not but I am comfortable with it. I feel uncomfortable if I inhale first before backswing as it would tense uip the stomach plus may also injure the abdomen. Very Happy

Never tot of this; n I think it is better for me not to think of it.

haha interesting question... now that u made me think about it i think i probably breathe in during the upswing and and exhale on the down... maybe.... ! lol

i breathe in when upswing, hold it during downswing and start breathing again after hitting the ball. i think whichever way is more comfortable to you, there's no right or wrong
