Backaches, tennis elbow, pulled muscles

I have encounter numerous injuries throughout the years. Besides treatment, i took a long layoff to get back to playing conditions. Backaches and pulled muscles are common, and i have seek so many gurus but none has been very effective. Chiropractor, Tie Da master, Acupunture, etc but not effective till i met master Fang.

Tennis elbow, golf elbow, stiff neck etc are chicken feet to him. Immediate effect after 15min. But the treatment is damn painful. Nowadays went back at least once a month to loosen up and never encounter another major muscle injuries since, even 4 games in a row, or 600 balls in the range. Recommend a lot of clients and all came back with good feedbacks. Cost is very reasonable, $40+ an hr.

There are few good but painful treatments known to me.. What I am keen is whether there is one master who is effective but does not prescribe painful treatment...

U find already let me know, LOL. We shared the same thoughts, STOP playing....LOLx. Same as stop spending in golf hardly get u anywhere....

I have been driving to see an old shifu in JB for such cures. Now at least got alternative in Singapore

Met Mr Lu this early afternoon there. He pulled his back yesterday only after 5 holes and cant carry on. Today he is here for treatment, referred by me. Heng i still able to reach in time to witness his screaming, not from the injuries but from the treatment... And he is well enough to walk properly after

Good info, I am getting left lower muscle ache (combination of dragon boating and golfing, I think), will seek treatment.

Dragon Boating? Tats not going to help your golf swing. Did that 20+ yrs ago, fond memories of racing in the Singapore River Regatta, and best will be the Penang race, super long super shiong....those were the days
