Does noise bother u during your turn to hit he ball?

i try not to let any noise bother me and most times its fine. i just cant understand y some ppl move abt when someone else is putting. that really irks me.

precisely, I came into the forum to read a variety of topics n discussion but all I saw was overly enthusiastic responses all over the forum, pls let everyone have a chance instead of wanting a say in every thread
