I read in the forum about some guys booking via golfgreedy.com

I'm intending to go Palm Villa with a couple of friends on 3rd Jan, was wondering what are the steps if I were to book via golfgreedy.com?
Does the rates on the web site include buggy and insurance?

sign up as a member at http://www.golfgreedy.com/index.asp you have the option of bidding or buying straight from the website.

price is usually inclusive of buggy on twin sharing basis. some price include caddie fee as well. as for insurance, you can buy it from the club itself.

check the T&C as it may differs from club to club.
