| hahah......your imagination is so powderful...but after our game on 18th, I need to fix my driver first......
I realized after the game on 18th, that the problem is not my golf shoes, my golf tee nor my golf attire.....BUT its the rest of the other areas.

| Could be just due to sponsorship. More players using Titlelist and Taylormade winning because they had been sponsored handsomely. I'm sure Nike is the same. I was told PING only reward if the player wins using their equipment. | |

| It's all boils down to Money which goes to marketing. It's not about how good are the clubs. Mizuno, Callaway, TM or Titlelist all produce equally good clubs. Maybe it's just Mizuno paying peanuts that's why can only get monkey.

bro Duval... I agree the above statement... not the clubs.. its the player itself...preferences,.. style,.. ball sense... I mean maybe Mizuno only willing to sponsor very limited prize money and thus those wellknown player would already jump ship to other famous brands who willing to throw more money. Not saying using mizuno is monkey, don't misunderstood. Don't like that leh, wait people misunderstood me and flame me. I think it's more about your own skills than the clubs in majority of the case.

| Well, there's at least some comfort in the fact that Tiger was on Mizunos just before he turned pro and signed with Titleist in 1997.
MIzzies FTW!

| I was told that mizuno used to be very snobbish and refuse to sponsor players as they felt that their irons were very good and will sell by itself without the need for expensive endorsements. Wonder if anyone heard that before. | |

| I think it comes down to better players. They buy stuff and the rest or beginner or aspirational golfers will follow. What S70b uses or give good reviews, i know his fan club will follow Many better players are in mizzies camp, and probably titleist. Brands known for GI stuff like ping, cally or even tm or newcomers like nike need pro endorsrments so that better players buy their player stuff. Mizzies may think they dun need pros as much. | |
