Two impressive results today by the Right Sided Swingers

Australian PGA Championship - Coolum

Peter Senior at 51 years of age won the Australian PGA Championship. Peter birdied the difficult 18th hole to get into a playoff with Geoff Ogilvy

On the second playoff hole, Ogilvy 3 putted to give the title to Peter.

This victory capped off a brilliant year for Peter who also won the Australian Senior Open a few weeks ago and won over US$800,000 on the Champions Tour in America.

At 51 years of age, he is still playing some great golf with many good years ahead of him

HSBC Junior Challenge - Laguna

In the first round today, my student Edgar Oh fired a 7 under par round of 65.

Having just turned 15 years of age, this is an outstanding round of golf. His previous tournament round at Bukit course, he also fired a bogey free round of 69.

The final round is tomorrow and he will be hard to beat. This will cap of a brilliant year for the youngster who has won numerous titles including the Singapore Open Amateur Championship, the Lion City Cup individual title and also getting a chance to play in the Barclays Singapore Open. He seems to be getting better and better all the time.

I should also mention other results from RSS'ers.

Marc Ong won his division in the SICC Junior Invitational and Scott Barr just successfully gained his card for the Japanese Tour for 2011.
