your presumptions are misplaced, my dear inspector....

"a few summons" refer to u guys not doing your job, not issuing enough summons...

there's a stretch of road filled with cars that's not supposed to be there....

btw, if u do take actions, also kindly removed the chairs, rubbish bins, pots of plant along the road as well.... i believe they act as tissues on makan tables as seen in most food courts
