Hi all...can i join this section as a pro too??i know all the rules and,i think i can help the other pro to solve the problem

That was the 1st thing I noticed after seeing his post. Just normal checking to see how much experience he has, at least through wholesome life.... As you should have noticed, I am a critic, whether people like it or not...

I guess Dav** did reply that it is up to the moderators to decide. However, I did visited your website but did not see and read about your experience. If I am correct, you did not even post your picture in your website ?

So, are you only 15 years old .. If not, why hide your age ?

I understand you know all the golf rules. If so, let have a go.. Can you answer these :

1) Q: Is soft. mushy earth consider to be casual water ?

2) Q: Is a fallen tree a loose impediment ?

3) Q: Prior to putting, a player touched the inside of the hole. Should he be considered to have touched his line of putt in breach of rule 16-1a ?

Ha young man, I also found out that you published some rule articles by Mr. Ray Hindarto (well known rule guru of Indonesia) without his permission. Mr. Hindarto has also written a warning letter in your website ( You forget that I read Indonesia ).

I would suggest that you stop fooling around before you get in trouble.

I too visited his website (http://www.golfplace.co.cc) and noticed that all his articles are taken from Golf magazine in Australia. I know because my mum regularly sends me this magazine, and the Ricky Fowler article is a direct translation into Bahasa. He scanned the pictures too and put in his site.

I suggest Golf Republic doesn;t have anything to do with this, because it could land some people in some very hot soup.

All the Pros listed in here are SGA certified with valid coaching license.

Agree, Indeed majority of it is simply translation from other sources. It may be a worthy website biz model to help "translate" for others but again due to copyright issues, may land someone in trouble.

Pro doesnt equal familiarity with rules, similarly you need to play the game enough to be really conversant with the rules. Like driving, if I never drive F1, will you be convinced even if i can memorise everything about F1 backwards?

Ray, you are still young, good to have deep interest and ambition to be a pro, but take things one at a time. =)
